Yelp » 1 review of Club One Fitness - CLOSED "I came here with a large group to try out the gym for the very first time. The gym itself is very, very clean. You can clearly see that they take pride in cleanliness and quality. Best of all, it doesn't smell like a gym at all! They even have multiple lockers so you can keep your stuff in, but be sure to bring your own padlock! I attended an 8am class (the first 8am exercise class I've ever done, mind you). I didn't know what to expect, but Ilse, the instructor, was super helpful with the exercises and made sure everyone's form was correct. When I first went in, I had to fill out some paperwork and a waiver. No problemo, got done with that really quickly. Then we were taken inside the gym and it was set up into different stations. Among them were kettle bells, row machines, cycles, medicine balls, etc. Ilse walked our group over to each one and demonstrated how to do the exercise. And then it was finally time to begin. Yikes!
